Frey of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors, Inc. completes 13,267 s/f lease at 550 Cochituate Rd.

The Suites at One Apple Hill will now be known as, "The Suites at 550," since completing a long term lease agreement at a Meditech owned property. After spending the last 24 years at One Apple Hill in Natick, The Suites ownership decided it was time to make the move after The Mathworks company acquired One Apple Hill in Natick to accommodate their expansion. Once Mathworks began construction on the property it became clear to The Suites ownership that it was going to be difficult to attract new clients to the space and negotiated a release of the 4 years remaining on their lease. The Suites will call 550 Cochituate Rd. on the 4th floor of the East Wing their new home for the foreseeable future with an anticipated move in date of October 1st. Stefan Frey, principal of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant. CBRE represented the landlord led by David Pergola and Alison Powers.
