Frye of Mott & Chace and Antonio of Chart House sell 95 Governor Bradford Dr. - $2.025 million

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 95 Governor Bradford Dr. for $2.025 million. The buyers were represented by MaryBeth Frye, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Matt Antonio of Chart House, Realtors.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the third highest sale in Barrington in 2025.

On nearly an acre in Rumstick Village, this circa 1855 Victorian home has been updated with details and modern upgrades. Open living areas throughout the interior give way to an oversized front porch for entertaining.

“Nothing was left out in updating this fantastic home,” said Frye. “Inside and out, it is one of the best properties in Barrington. I am so happy to have worked with my buyers in finding their dream home.”
