Wickey of SCRE represents Barry’s Bootcamp LLC in 4,373 s/f lease

Darien, CT Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented Barry’s Bootcamp LLC with their first Connecticut lease at The Corbin District for 4,373 s/f at 20 Corbin Dr., Building B. David Genovese, principal of Baywater Management LLC is the developer.

Barry’s currently has more than 70 studios spread across 16 countries, with the majority in the United States. Barry’s is considered the original luxe, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout experience. Barry’s Bootcamp has been deemed by many as the “best workout in the world.” Barry’s Bootcamp plans to open its first studio in Darien in the third quarter of 2026.
