Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein leases 2,672 s/f to SportPerformanceU, LLC

According to David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner at Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate, SportPerformanceU, LLC leased 2,672 s/f at 326 Westport Ave. The landlord is Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital and Fugitt was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
