O,R&L Commercial Real Estate Brokerage's Robert Gaucher leased 3,100 s/f retail space at 306 Farmington Ave. The space was leased to 8 Slice Enterprise, LLC dba Little Caesars.
Little Caesars is a franchise pizza establishment that began more than 50 years ago from a single location owned and operated by Mike and Marian Ilitch.
Gaucher represented the landlord, 294-308 Farmington Avenue LLC, and Glorai McMann Clark of Merrigan & Lefebvre Realty, Inc represented the tenant, 8 Slice Enterprises LLC.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
