Main St. is a world-class retail center and home to many of the country's most well-known and admired retailers.
The one-story building is 3,400 s/f and the purchase price was $7.3 million.
The seller is a family local to Westport and the buyer was 61 Main Street LLC.
Fugitt was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
