Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein sells 61 Main St. in Westport for $7.3 million

David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner at Vidal/Wettenstein commercial real estate completed the sale of a downtown retail property. The property is located at 61 Main St. with Chico's as its sole tenant. Main St. is a world-class retail center and home to many of the country's most well-known and admired retailers. The one-story building is 3,400 s/f and the purchase price was $7.3 million. The seller is a family local to Westport and the buyer was 61 Main Street LLC. Fugitt was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
