Waterstone Retail's 250,000 s/f Granite Ridge Marketplace underway

Waterstone Retail's 250,000 s/f Granite Ridge Marketplace development project is underway and scheduled to open fall of 2015. Retailers will include a 12-screen stadium-style cinema, restaurants, and specialty and apparel stores. There is just 51,000 s/f of space remaining for lease. Granite Ridge Marketplace is located at Exit 15 off the Spaulding Tpke. adjacent to a 224,000 s/f Walmart Supercenter. The center will be part of the ever-growing Granite Ridge Development District with more than two million s/f of existing and planned retail, office space, and hospitality, including Holiday Inn Express, the area's only hotel.
