Malden, MA Papa Gino’s located at 100 Maplewood St. was sold on June 20th. The Papa Gino’s on Maplewood St. is one of several across Massachusetts that closed last November.
The property was purchased by Andreas Tsitos. The sale was handled by Emma Fula of Coldwell Banker- Beacon Hill. The sale price was not disclosed.
The was property has a lot size of 31,512 s/f and total area of 4,616 s/f with parking spaces for 50 cars.
Tsitos will be donating some of the furnishings to the city.
