Fulcrum Associates completes construction of 2,550 s/f office building

Fulcrum Associates, Inc. of Amherst, NH has completed construction of a new 2,550 s/f medical office building at 2 Washington Place. The new building is located at the entrance to the Washington Place Medical Park off of South River Rd. The building will provide space for the practice of Dr. Daniel Sterling, MD, FACS previously located in Manchester. Dignard Architectural Services of New Boston, N.H. provided design services while Meridian Land Services of Amherst, N.H. provided the civil engineering services for the project.
