Fuller of Jones Lang LaSalle named Property Manager of the Year by BOMA

Jones Lang LaSalle property manager David Fuller received the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Boston Property Manager of the Year Award in a reception held recently at Boston's Seaport Hotel. Four properties managed by Jones Lang LaSalle that were honored: Office Building of the Year - 73 Tremont St. in Boston, 2 Canal Park, 250 Mass. Ave. and 100/200 Technology Sq. all in Cambridge. Approximately 250 business leaders and guests attended the evening event. Fuller was honored in the low rise office category. He manages 250 Mass. Ave., winner in the historic building category, as well as approximately 1 million s/f of first-class office and research lab space throughout Cambridge. The mid-rise tower at 73 Tremont St. won Office Building of the Year in the 250,000-499,999 s/f category. 73 Tremont is active in the Boston Artery Business Committee where they gather with downtown business leaders to ensure involvement in decisions that affect the community. The building is owned by Tremont Street Realty LLC, and is managed by Carol Griffin. 2 Canal Park was awarded Office Building of the Year in the 100,000-249,999 s/f category. It is owned by TA Associates, and is managed by Jan Reardon. Each year, 2 Canal Park raises funds for the Alzheimer's Association with their "Memory Walk." 100/200 Technology Sq., owned by ARE-Tech Square and managed by Kristina Descoteaux, won the award in the renovated building category. The building recently completed its fourth renovation featuring its conversion from office to laboratory space.
