G&E|Coldstream sells 33-units for Brown & Koelewign - $1.425m

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. sold a multi-family portfolio consisting of four buildings and 33-units at 135-145 Orange St. to RDM Properties II, LLC. The properties offer a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments located in 4 adjacent wood frame buildings. Ralph Valentine, CCIM, and Jacob Akers of G&E|Coldstream's multi-family investment division represented the seller Brown & Koelewign Properties, Inc. of St. Johnsbury. Jason McMahon of Coldwell Banker Culbertson Realty of Hooksett office represented the buyer. According to Valentine, "The Orange St. apartments attracted strong interest from throughout the region. These units are attractive based on location, the overall strength of Southern New Hampshire's economy, and the fact that the units were a mix of number of bedrooms". Records at the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $1.425 million.
