Brady Sullivan Props. extends 20,000 s/f lease
Manchester Mental Health of 1230 Elm St. has agreed to a three year extension on their 20,000 s/f commercial space at the property. They occupy the entire 2nd floor of this Class A office building.
Charles Panasis, Ben Kelley and Todd Malouin of Brady Sullivan properties represented the landlord. Michael Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
