Gagnon of Colliers International facilitates 4,651 s/f in two leases
Wethersfield, CT Philip Gagnon, partner at Colliers International in Hartford, has leased two office suites at 936 Silas Deane Hwy. Pedia Flex, LLC will occupy 1,751 s/f and Advanced Therapy Solutions has signed for 2,900 s/f.
Gagnon procured the tenants and was the listing agent for both transactions.
936 Silas Deane Hwy. is adjacent to a bus line, and is located near Exits 24/25 off I-91 and is close to the Hartford CBD.
