Gagnon of Colliers International and Mulready of CBRE handle $2.1 million sale

Wethersfield CT 936 Silas Deane Highway, a 44,000 s/f class B office building, has sold for $2.1 million. Phil Gagnon, SIOR of Colliers International represented the buyer. The property was acquired by the CT Peer Review Organization (CPRO). 

CPRO will occupy a portion of the building and this acquisition accommodates CPRO’s occupancy growth under their 5 year operational strategy. This represents the third time Gagnon had brokered the sale of 936 Silas Deane dating back to 1998. CPRO will endeavor to complete upgrades to the facility. 

Patrick Mulready of CBRE represented the seller, PBE Companies LLC.
