Galaxy Development adds two new tenants at Keystone Shoppes

Colchester, CT Galaxy Development of Auburn, Mass. has added two new tenants at Keystone Shoppes.  H&R Block and Creative Canvas have both signed leases for space in the 35,000 s/f community shopping center which adjoins the Super Stop & Shop at 179 Linwood Ave. The new tenants join Advance Auto, Bank of America, Classy Nails & Spa, Ichiban’s Asian Restaurant, and Select Physical Therapy. There are only a few units left to lease with space sizes ranging from 1,200 sf to 6,000 s/f.

H&R Block will occupy 1,500 s/f and Creative Canvas, a wine sip and paint venue will occupy 3,000 s/f.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
