Galaxy Development of Auburn, is purchasing an existing 26,000 s/f building at the intersection of Sutton Rd. and Cudworth Rd. The building sits on 3 acres of land and is a short walk from the headquarters of MAPFRE Insurance, which employs over 3,000 people. Plans call for the complete redevelopment of the parking areas, landscaping and building. With occupancy of all these projects at 100% Galaxy is excited to bring more opportunity for business to the area.
