Galaxy Development starts first New Hampshire project
According to Galaxy Development, one of its newest projects and its first venture into the New Hampshire retail market is currently under construction. The 35,000 s/f plaza, which will be known as Commercial Lane Plaza, will be home to Tractor Supply Company, AutoZone and Dollar Tree. The anticipated completion date is June 2011.
With a signalized access point on busy Rte. 202, the center has an ADT of approximately 10,000 vehicles per day with an average house income of approximately $61,000.
Other major national retail tenants in the Rindge market include Walmart, Hannaford, Market Basket, KFC, TD Bank, Dunkin' Donuts, Olympia Sports and many others.
Galaxy is excited about its first commercial development in the New Hampshire market and is very interested in pursuing additional development opportunities.
