RHYS Commercial brokers 2,600 s/f to Choice Pet Supply

Choice Pet Supply, a pet store specializing in natural, organic, and holistic foods for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles and other small animals, has recently relocated from 44 Amogerone Crossway to a 2,600 s/f shop at 80 East Putnam Ave. Dominick Musilli and Michael Weiner of RHYS Commercial represented Choice Pet Supply in the transaction. Choice Pet Supply has eight locations in Connecticut and offers one-stop shopping for all things pet related, including beds, leashes, and toys. "The opportunity to be located in the same center as the Whole Foods Market on East Putnam Ave. was the key aspect of Choice Pet Supply's decision to relocate. Their new location with improved access on a major thoroughfare will dramatically improve their position in the market," said Musilli, executive vice president and head of the retail leasing division at RHYS Commercial.
