Gale Associates, Inc. names Marshall, O’Neill and Neely to board of directors

Weymouth, MA Gale Associates, Inc. names new leadership team with the appointment of a new board of directors. Since 1964, Gale has provided a collaborative environment for engineers, architects, and planners. They have remained privately-owned while priding themselves on mentoring future leaders from within the firm. Gale looks forward to a bright future and continuing their unwavering commitment to their clients and technical excellence.

Steven Marshall, RRC, CDT, LEED AP has been named chairman of the board and managing principal of Gale. Marshall has 30 years of experience and will guide the overall direction of the firm.

Allison O’Neill, P.E. has been named president and board director of Gale. O’Neill has 19 years of experience and will continue in her role as Gale’s director of structural engineering.

Brian Neely, AIA, CDT, BECxP has been named vice president and board director of Gale. Neely has 23 years of experience and will lead Gale’s building enclosure consulting and commissioning group.
