NAI Hunneman has brokered a 31,929 s/f, five-year office lease at 1600 Osgood St.
Evan Gallagher, associate, James Boudrot, senior vice president, and Stephen James, executive vice president/principal, of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Ophir Optronics, a manufacturer and supplier of infrared optics for the military, security, commercial and industrial markets.
Orit Goldstein of Ozzy Properties represented the landlord, Ozzy Props., in the transaction.

Built in 1956, 1600 Osgood St. is on a 169-acre site and has over 1.5 million s/f of manufacturing, office and warehouse space. The building has an auditorium, cafeteria, executive dining room and multi-media conference rooms. Within close distance to Rte. 495, 1600 Osgood St, also provides rail access and an onsite publictransportation stop.
