Galvani and Parsons of Parsons Commercial handle 18,000 s/f lease

Victor Galvani and Jake Parsons both of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. recently completed an 18,000 s/f lease at 40 Locke Dr. Boundary Fence and Railing Systems, Inc. leased the entire building. The company is headquartered in New York. 40 Locke Dr. will serve the central and eastern Mass. markets for the growing company. Joe Crowley, of UGL Equis represented the tenant in the transaction. "This was a perfect location for the company just off of Route 495. The property has outside storage which was another great benefit for Boundary Fence and Railing," said Parsons.
