Galvani and Parsons of SVN | Parsons negotiate 22,000 s/f lease for SRS Distribution, Inc.
North Attleborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed a 22,000 s/f lease at 76 George Leven Dr. for SRS Distribution, Inc.
Victor Galvani, the vice president of investment sales for SVN | Parsons, represented the tenant, SRS Distribution, Inc., and senior advisor Jake Parsons, also of SVN | Parsons, represented the landlord, 76 George Leven LLC.
The new location re?ects SRS Distribution’s focus on expanding the company’s footprint across the country.
“We are pleased to assist SRS Distribution Inc. with their ever-growing footprint in New England. This new location will allow them to better service the southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets,” said Galvani.
76 George Leven Dr. is located off Rte. 152 and is three miles from interchange of I-495 and Rte. 1.
