Ashland, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | BOSTON completed the $630,000 sale of 54-58 Union St., a 5,728 s/f office building located on Rte. 135. Victor Galvani and Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, Euroland Real Estate, LLC and procured the buyer, Martel HVAC Corp.
Currently located in Holliston, Martel HVAC will be moving their corporate headquarters to 54-58 Union St. Since its beginnings in 2004, Martel HVAC Corp. has established itself as one of the states fastest growing, full-service heating and cooling solutions companies.
“We are excited to be moving our headquarters to Ashland,” said Tim Martel, owner and founder of Martel HVAC. “The building will accommodate our growing company while providing us with a strong presence on Route 135 in Ashland”.
54-58 Union St. was formerly owned and occupied by Eurobrew Inc, a specialty beer importer that occupied the space since 2006. The property consists of office space and basement storage with a large parking lot.
“We are happy to pass the building along to another local business,” said former owner Dominique Levesque. “We are confident that the building will serve Martel HVAC well.”
