Galvin and Jacobson of H. Pearce sell 58-60 Boston St. to Diastole Corp.
Joel Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate and Susan Jacobson of H. Pearce Residential R.E. Co. sold a 4,600 s/f converted office building at 58-60 Boston St., just off the green.
The sale price was $820,000.
Galvin and Jacobson represented the sellers. Diastole Wealth Management Corp, a financial consulting firm, was the purchaser.
