Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial brokers 10,000 s/f office/industrial lease
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin has leased 10,000 s/f of office/industrial space at 301 Soundview Rd.
Galvin represented the landlord, D.A.D. Brecciaroli Ltd. Partnership, and Kevin Geenty of Geenty Group Realtors represented the tenant, Nutmeg Twisters Gymnastics, LLC.
