Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate leases 2,250 s/f office space
Joel Galvin, senior commercial associate at H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, has leased 2,250 s/f of office space at 16 West Main St. to the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, which was previously headquartered in Guilford.
Galvin represented both the tenant and the landlord, the Estate of Stephen J. Hull.
