Galvin of H. Pearce leases 14,500 s/f to The Greaves Company
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has leased 14,500 s/f to manufacturer, The Greaves Company, at 11 Heritage Park Rd.
Galvin represented the landlord, Clark Development, and the tenant, The Greaves Company. This is a five year lease with options.
