Galvin of Pearce Commercial completes two leases

Joel Galvin of of Pearce Real Estate Co. completed two lease transactions at 200 Boston Post Rd. Both units are 1,260 s/f and each were leased for five years. The new tenants are Dan & Joe's Barber Shop and Meriano's Bake Shoppe. Galvin represented both tenants, as well as the landlord, Madison Commons, LLC.
