Galvin of Pearce Real Estate arranges two leases totaling 5,200 s/f

According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and senior commercial associate, has negotiated two leases. Coastline Construction, formerly of Madison, leased 4,000 s/f at 57 East Industrial Rd. At the second facility, 4 Sycamore Way, The Friends of the Blackstone Library leased 1,200 s/f where it will receive and store books. At both locations, Galvin represented both the new tenants and the landlord, RCR Enterprises, LLC. "We are very proud of Joel Galvin, who has been inducted into the Pearce Company's prestigious President's Circle, is a consistent member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, and recently was named a Top Producer for the first quarter of 2015," said Pearce. "His work ethic and dedication to clients are evident, and an excellent example to our young recruits in the commercial business," she added. Galvin joined the Pearce Real Estate in 1989 after a lengthy career owning and operating a major retail/construction business with locations in Orange, Westport and Old Saybrook. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, commercial and investment properties in New Haven County and the Shoreline area. He also often acts as a buyer/tenant representative, where he covers all of Connecticut, assisting clients in their search for particular properties. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, past president of the Commercial, Industrial Division of the New Haven Board of Realtors where he was a member of the Professional Standards Committee, chairman of the By-laws committee and member of the Education Committee of the Shoreline Board of Realtors. Galvin has been a director of the Guilford Chamber of Commerce for nine years and is currently an Ambassador with the New Haven Chamber of Commerce. Pearce Real Estate is a full-service real estate company with more than 100 agents and eight branch offices in greater New Haven and the Shoreline. Commercial Real Estate offices are located in North Haven, Milford and Rocky Hill.
