Galvin of Pearce Real Estate brokers two leases totaling 6,000 s/f

Branford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and a senior commercial associate at the company’s North Haven commercial office, has brokered two separate leases at 4 Sycamore Way.
The tenant, Cyber Research, Inc is moving into 3,600 s/f for three years and Kral Imports is moving into 2,400 s/f for two years.
Galvin represented both of the tenants and the landlord, RCR Enterprises, LLC.
