Gardner of DMG Brokerage and Azubuike of Home America Realty sell 7,327 s/f auto body shop for $3.602 million
Hyde Park, MA Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage has sold 1736 River St. for $3.602 million. Gardner represented the seller, Mike Delmonico. The buyer, Sefa Dugbazah, was represented by Gabriel Azubuike of Home America Realty & Investments.
The property was a body shop called Supreme Auto, the sale included the business, real estate and equipment.
The building consists of 7,327 s/f on 0.46 acres.
