Gardner of Castles Commercial handles $7.985 million sale for Norbert Assocs.
Jamaica Plain, MA Dan Gardner, partner/broker at Castles Commercial, has sold a building located at 26 Sunnyside St. on behalf of the seller. The property sold for $7.985 million.
The seller was Norbert Associates LLC and the buyer was Sunnyside Exchange LLC, who was represented by Candice Klapman of Otis and Ahearn.
The property is a newly renovated apartment building.
