Gardner of DMG Brokerage handles 104,000 s/f lease to Extra Space Storage/SDG Development
Pembroke, MA Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage has completed a lease deal to Extra Space Storage/SDG Development. The address of the property is 150 Church St., which is owned by the landlord was RK Centers. The total building size is 104,000 s/f. The facility opened in June.
