Gardner of DMG Brokerage handles $5 million sale of 200 John L. Dietch Blvd., North Attleboro, MA
North Attleboro, MA Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage completed the sale of 200 John L. Dietch Blvd. The sale price was $5 million and Gardner was the listing broker. The owner was DUMA 200 LLC and the buyer was Berardi Properties LLC, who was represented by Dave Linehan of 128CRE. The sale closed on May 27.
The buyer bought the property as an investment and the seller remained in the building as a sale leaseback.
