Gardner of DMG Brokerage sells 885-905 Boston Providence Hwy. for $6.2m
Norwood, MA Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage has sold 885-905 Boston Providence Hwy. Gardner represented the seller DAW Realty Corp. and Craig Barker represented the buyer, 885-905 Providence Highway LLC. The property sold on December 22, 2025 for $6.2 million.
“885-905 Boston Providence Hwy. offers a prominent frontage on Rte. 1 providing exceptional visibility and accessibility, making it a highly desirable asset within the Norwood market. The sale reflects continued investor confidence in well-located commercial real estate throughout Greater Boston, despite ongoing market shifts,” said Gardner.
