Dover, NH Dave Garvey of Coastal Land & Commercial Group has assisted in the purchase of a 111-unit self-storage facility. Garvey exclusively represented the buyer to complete the auction transaction at a sale price of $1.239 million.

StorageTek has purchased the facility, f.k.a. Bellamy Knox Self-Storage, located at 1800 Lilac Ln., off Rte.155.

The 2.97-acre site is improved with three self-storage metal buildings having 111 rental units and 59 outdoor storage spaces.

StorageTek intends to rebrand the facility under the StorageTek logo and incorporate its software system for client interface. In addition, it will improve facility infrastructure with new LED site lighting, fencing, surveillance cameras, and new gate/access controls. This is the company’s second facility in the city, and it looks forward to expanding its footprint throughout the greater seacoast area and into other regions of New Hampshire.
