Garza of Vidal Wettenstein handles 1,100 s/f retail lease

Monroe CT Vidal Wettenstein has leased a retail unit at 380 Monroe Tpke. The property consists of 25,000 s/f on 4.77 acres. Silvester Garza from Vidal Wettenstein represented the landlord and procured the tenant for the space. The tenant is Cirque De Comb, a hair salon that will occupy a total of 1,100 s/f in this center.
