Westford, MA Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 359 Littleton Rd. The 11,600 s/f industrial building sits on 1.08 acres of land and sold for $1.155 million. The buyer intends to occupy a portion of the building with his business and lease out the remaining space.
