Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers 7,000 s/f lease to Minute Man Arc

Acton, MA Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered a lease deal for 7,000 s/f of office space at the Strawberry Hill Corporate Center located at 289 Great Rd. Minute Man Arc, an early intervention childcare clinic signed a 20-year lease for the space which will have a custom build out directly off the main lobby and a private entrance to the parking lot. Gatti was the sole broker of record in this transaction, procuring the tenant directly. Gatti also leased 5,162 s/f of office space at 198 Ayer Rd. in Harvard to Body Lines, LLC which provides private fitness lessons and pilates classes to its clients.
