The 1.041 acre parcel is situated off of the Treble Cove exit, Exit 28, of Rte. 3 with access to I-128 and I-495. 

The rear building is 4,000 s/f and is tenanted by Allied Fabrication and RAASCO. 

The buyer, Scott & Sean Allison of Supreme Builders in Lowell, plans to relocate their construction business and occupy the front building.
