Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers sale of two buildings
Billerica, MA Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented the seller, VP Realty Trust, in the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 10,608 s/f at 18 Republic Rd. The 1.041 acre parcel is situated off of the Treble Cove exit, Exit 28, of Rte. 3 with access to I-128 and I-495.
The rear building is 4,000 s/f and is tenanted by Allied Fabrication and RAASCO.
The buyer, Scott & Sean Allison of Supreme Builders in Lowell, plans to relocate their construction business and occupy the front building.
