Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. leases 2,135 s/f to MMA Management

Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. recently leased 2,135 s/f of office space at 72 Jefferson St. Gatti represented the tenant, MMA Management, which is a private vendor that provides parking ticket revenue collection services for local municipalities. The historic Shoebox building has been owned by Sandra & Anthony Antico Real Estate, LLC. since March of 2002. The owner has restored the property with character and charm, offering tenants a lobby and outdoor sitting areas. The tenant will benefit from the downtown location that also offers highway access, as well as its suite's close proximity to a tailboard loading dock.
