Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represents K&M Realty Trust in building sale
Burlington, MA Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented the seller, K&M Realty Trust, in the sale of 30 Chestnut Ave., a 6,000 s/f medical office building. Gatti generated multiple interest in the property through an aggressive marketing approach, resulting in competing bids and an accepted offer over the asking price within a week.
The buyer, Y & N Consulting, LLC, plans to occupy the first-floor while collecting rental income from the long-term lease with the dentist tenant upstairs. The buyer will benefit from the location off 3A and access to I-128.
