Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represents Sunshine Farm in purchase of 6,041 s/f office building

Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Marlborough recently represented the seller, Sunshine Farms Realty, LLC in the sale of a 6,041 s/f office building at 206 Turnpike Rd. The 2.29 acre parcel is situated just off of Rte. 9 East. Approximately 2,300 s/f are tenanted by Schnabel Foundation who will stay on as a tenant. The buyer, Petroleum Processing Solutions, LLC, plans to relocate its company, Data Processing Solutions, which specializes in credit card processing, and occupy the vacant space.
