Gaucher and Hird of O,R&L complete 20,672 s/f $920,000 sale
Bob Gaucher, SIOR, CCIM and Frank Hird, SIOR both from O,R&L Commercial teamed up to complete the sale of 856 North Main St. Extension. The property, which sold for $920,000, consists of a 20,672 s/f fully air conditioned office/manufacturing building situated on 7.04 acres.
The building will be the new home of Advanced Turbine Services which is expanding its operations in Connecticut. The building is expandable and is ideally suited for Advanced Turbine Srvices' rapidly growing business. O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Jaymar Realty Company, in the transaction.
