Gaucher of O,R&L leases 22,000 s/f industrial warehouse space in Windsor
O,R&L Commercial agent Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR leased 22,000 s/f of industrial warehouse space at 1220 Kennedy Rd. 1220 Kennedy Rd. is a 36,000 s/f industrial warehouse building on 3.33 acres. Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord, RBMM Realty, LLC. The tenant, Tactical Airsoft was unrepresented. At 22,000 s/f in size, Tactical Airsoft will offer the largest indoor Airsoft field in New England.
