Gaucher of OR&L sells 10,000 s/f industrial site
Bob Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the sellers, Raymond and Margaret Bykowski, in the sale of 10,000 s/f of light industrial space in two buildings at 1685 Reinhard Rd.
Brian Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties LLC represented the buyer, JMZ Property Holdings, LLC. The buyer's business is Automated Mailing Services LLC, which offers direct mail sources and will relocate from Southington.
