Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Mitchel Stepien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) and Joel Aho of Aho Properties, LLC represented the seller in the sale of 18 Robert Bonazzoli Ave. for $4.05 million. 

GBCP and Aho put the 42,500 s/f building under agreement in less than three weeks of marketing that resulted in a price of $95 per s/f. 

The buyer, Northpoint 230 LLC, who was represented by Mark Coelho of CRESA Partners, plans to relocate its affiliated printing business from 200 Butterfield Dr. in Ashland.
