Geenty Group and Coldwell Banker complete $1.06m sale of the Hawley Lincoln Funeral Home
Guilford, CT Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has completed the sale of the Hawley Lincoln Funeral Home building. This building is located at the corner of Whitney Ave. and Willow St. Formerly a private home, the family-owned Hawley Lincoln Funeral Home had its business headquartered at this property since the 1940s. The Hawley Lincoln Funeral Home has moved to Elm St. in New Haven.
The property sale was comprised of the 7,130 s/f funeral home and a three-family house. The two buildings totaled 11,000 s/f, on .38 acre. The sale price was $1.06 million. Nick Mastrangelo of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, a chiropractor.
