Geenty Group brokers 1,024 s/f industrial lease
According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Bill Clark was the sole agent in the lease of a 1,024 s/f industrial unit located in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The tenant is Wilson, Inc. d/b/a Global Wines Connecticut. The tenant will utilize the space for storage and distribution of wine products.
The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp.
