Geenty Group brokers $1.3 million sale at 333 Boston Post Rd., Clinton
Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors has sold 1.5 acres of commercial land with 10,000 s/f of commercial buildings on it, located on Rte. 1 for $1.3 million.
The property located at 333 East Main St. was sold by 333 Boston Post Road, LLC and purchased by Robert Carlson.
Kristin Geenty was the sole broker in the transaction.
